mm san francisco..I don't live in the city anymore, but I'm there about 2x a week for family, classes, etc. The city... well, it's easy for me to take things for granted; I am seriously lucky to be living near such a diverse and accepting city. Of course, the city also has its dilapidated areas as well as its super opulent ones....though it isn't nearly as segregated as it seems. People of various backgrounds still come together in the city, as opposed to the suburbs around where I live where things are much more distinctly separated. It's really nice to go into a city where no one knows you or gives a second thought about you; back in the suburbs you get all paranoid about going to costco in case your math teacher will be standing in line after you at the cash register.

That's just how I think about San Francisco..I love the city :D

AND YOU CAN'T FORGET ABOUT THE FOG

Well there's a good area and a bad area, the bad area which is around where I live is er....pretty bad, though I live in a good street in a bad neighborhood, it's weird. Then the good area is full of condos and businessmen. It's pretty much downtown. Though I work over in NY, so I never have to deal with the area that much. Most of the younger people hang out around downtown's local mall since public transportation there is provided. The older teens and adults go by the waters or NYC since they have cars. Overall if you know where you're going and what you're doing it's pretty fun living here. How's San Francisco?
